Our planer blades are designed to self sharpen during normal operation and last longer by using thicker carbon alloy steel.
Top of the line G1 of the carbide tips are built with the highest grade of tungsten carbide cobalt composition. The product is built with hight quality carbon alloy steel and hardened for optimal high impact, wear and shock resistance. The carbides are secured on with high quality braze and manufacturing procedures. The tooth housings are made with high quality forged casings and shot blasted for rustproofing protection.
