The air filter is housed in a carbon fiber air box with excellent heat insulation properties, and the factory seal between the air filter and the hood successfully blocks heat from the engine. Furthermore, since the intake port is located directly behind the radiator, it is extremely important not to expose the filter. By housing the air filter inside the box, power loss due to high intake temperatures is prevented.
Furthermore, the factory bellows pipe was removed and replaced with a pipe utilizing the Venturi effect, directly attached to the high-efficiency filter, achieving optimal intake efficiency. This efficiently delivers a large amount of air to the turbocharger, resulting in a quick rise in boost pressure.
